**GPUBreach** is a newly disclosed GPU Rowhammer attack that induces bit flips in GDDR6 memory to corrupt GPU page tables, enabling an unprivileged CUDA kernel to obtain arbitrary GPU memory read/write and potentially chain into CPU-side privilege escalation—resulting in full system compromise even with IOMMU enabled; researchers demonstrated the technique on an NVIDIA RTX A6000, reported it to major vendors, and note consumer GPUs without ECC remain unmitigated while enterprise GPUs with System Level ECC are recommended as a mitigation.
