Navia discloses data breach impacting 2.7 million people

Navia Benefit Solutions disclosed a data breach affecting approximately 2.7 million individuals after unauthorized access between December 22, 2025 and January 15, 2026 (discovered January 23). The exposed information reportedly includes full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and benefits enrollment details (HRA, FSA, COBRA); claims and financial account details were not exposed. Navia launched an investigation, notified law enforcement, reviewed security and retention policies, and is offering affected customers 12 months of identity protection and credit monitoring.
