Crisis24's OnSolve CodeRED emergency notification platform was breached and disrupted in a ransomware attack attributed to the INC Ransomware gang; the incident forced decommissioning of the legacy environment, resulted in stolen user data (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and clear-text passwords) that the gang has showcased on a leak site and is reportedly selling, and has prompted Crisis24 to restore service from an earlier March 31, 2025 backup while advising users to reset reused passwords.
