Keytronic reports losses of over $17 million after ransomware attack

Keytronic disclosed a May ransomware attack that disrupted U.S. and Mexico operations for two weeks, caused roughly $17 million in combined lost revenue and additional expenses, and resulted in exfiltration of employee and corporate data; the Black Basta ransomware group claimed the breach and published leaked documents on its dark web leak site.
