Microsoft announced a new policy for Windows 11 Enterprise and Education (version 25H2) that enables IT administrators to remove selected pre-installed Microsoft Store (in-box) apps via CSP, Group Policy, or Microsoft Intune. The policy is disabled by default, allows selection from a predefined list of apps, deprovisions and deletes local app data when applied, and removes the need for custom images or complex scripts; the document also includes basic Intune configuration steps and related Microsoft product notes.
