Insomniac Games alerts employees hit by ransomware data breach

Insomniac Games was breached by the Rhysida ransomware gang in late November; attackers stole roughly 1.3 million files (~1.67 TB) and publicly leaked most of them after ransom demands were refused. The exposed materials include employee personal data (ID scans), contractual and licensing documents, and unreleased game screenshots; Insomniac and Sony are notifying affected individuals and offering extended credit monitoring while Rhysida (an opportunistic RaaS group) continues to operate.
