France Travail disclosed a cyberattack (between Feb 6 and Mar 5) that may have exposed personal information for up to 43 million jobseekers and candidates from the last 20 years, including names, dates/places of birth, social security numbers (NIR), agency identifiers, email addresses, postal addresses, and phone numbers. CNIL is investigating and the agency says bank details and passwords were not impacted; affected people will be notified and are advised to be vigilant against identity theft and phishing.
