Insight Partners confirmed a January 16, 2025 cyberattack in which a sophisticated social engineering attack led to unauthorized access and a verified data breach. The exposed data varies by individual and may include fund, management, portfolio, banking, tax, and personal information for current/former employees and limited partners; the company is investigating and will notify affected individuals in waves.
