Aeza Group sanctioned for hosting ransomware, infostealer servers

The U.S. Department of the Treasury sanctioned Russian hosting provider Aeza Group and four primary operators for running a bulletproof hosting service that supported ransomware (BianLian), RedLine infostealer infrastructure, and the BlackSprut darknet drugs marketplace, as well as being linked to a Russian disinformation campaign; the action freezes U.S. assets and prohibits U.S. companies from doing business with the named entities.
