Interbank confirms data breach following failed extortion, data leak

Interbank confirmed a data breach after a threat actor claiming the handle "kzoldyck" published and is selling parts of a ~3.7 TB dataset allegedly containing over 3 million customers' records—full names, account IDs, PII, payment card numbers and CVVs, plaintext credentials, and internal API/LDAP/Azure credentials. The attacker reportedly attempted extortion; Interbank has restored most services and says deposits remain secure while investigating.
