Microsoft has released an emergency out-of-band cumulative update (KB5071959) to resolve a Windows 10 Consumer ESU enrollment wizard failure; users should install the update, reboot, run the ESU enrollment wizard to enroll their devices, and then check Windows Update to receive the Extended Security Updates (including KB5068781).
