200,000 Facebook Marketplace user records leaked on hacking forum

A threat actor known as IntelBroker leaked a partial Facebook Marketplace database of approximately 200,000 user records containing personal identifiable information (names, mobile numbers, email addresses, Facebook IDs and profile data). The leak, reportedly obtained via a compromise of a Meta contractor, raises risks for phishing, mobile/SMS-based attacks (including SIM swap) and account takeover; the report also contextualizes the incident with IntelBroker's prior breaches and past large Facebook data exposures.
