Manchester Airports Group disclosed a cyber intrusion that resulted in the theft of customer data (Wi‑Fi sign-ups and car park, lounge and Fast Track booking information) from Manchester, Stansted and East Midlands airports. Exposed fields reportedly include email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle registration numbers and postcodes; MAG says payment details were not accessed, operations were unaffected, it has contained the incident, engaged external experts, notified law enforcement, and temporarily suspended its online booking management service while contacting impacted customers. Media reports cite an unconfirmed figure of up to 8.9 million affected travelers.
