OpenAI says ChatGPT won't use your health information to train its models

OpenAI is introducing ChatGPT Health, a dedicated space for health conversations that keeps users’ health data out of foundation-model training by default, provides a Health Privacy Notice, and encourages MFA for added protection; the feature is rolling out to early users across Free, Go, Plus, and Pro (excluding the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK for now) with clear disclaimers that responses are not medical advice.
