Microsoft expands Recall preview to Intel and AMD Copilot+ PCs

Microsoft expanded the Windows 11 Recall (Preview) feature to AMD and Intel Copilot+ PCs in the Insider Dev Channel (including EEA), addressing prior security concerns with mitigations such as opt-in activation with Windows Hello, sensitive data filtering, anti-hammering and rate limiting, exclusion lists, and snapshot management; the update also adds Image Creator and Restyle Image to Photos and new Click to Do capabilities, rolling out with Build 26120.2510 (KB5048780).
