Germany doxxes Conti ransomware and TrickBot ring leader

The BKA and Interpol have identified Vitaly Nikolaevich Kovalev as the alleged leader of the TrickBot/Conti cybercrime gangs, linking him to TrickBot, Bazarloader, SystemBC, IcedID, Ryuk, Conti and other malware/ransomware families; his identification follows leaked internal data (TrickLeaks/ContiLeaks), prior U.S. charges and sanctions, and coordinated law-enforcement actions (Operation Endgame) targeting the group's infrastructure and members.
