Microsoft pulls Samsung app blocking Windows C: drive from Store

Microsoft removed the Samsung Galaxy Connect app from the Microsoft Store after reports that it caused 'C:\ is not accessible – Access denied' errors on specific Samsung Galaxy Book 4 and desktop models running Windows 11, blocking applications and administrative tasks; Samsung republished a previous stable version while Microsoft and Samsung investigate remediation. Separately, Microsoft released an out-of-band update to fix a security issue in the Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) management tool affecting certain Windows 11 Enterprise hotpatch deployments.
