Over 900 US gas station tank gauge systems exposed to attacks

U.S. federal agencies and security researchers warn that more than 1,000 Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) systems—primarily in the United States—are exposed online and being targeted in active attacks that exploit weak/default credentials, SQL injection, command execution, and other flaws; adversaries have manipulated device displays and may disable safety alerts, creating risks of leaks, equipment failure, or damage.
