HealthEquity reported that a partner’s user account was compromised and used to access the company’s systems, resulting in the exfiltration of personally identifiable information and protected health information; the company detected the anomaly, launched an investigation, found no signs of malware or service disruption, is notifying impacted individuals, and offering credit monitoring and identity restoration services.
