Router maker's support portal hacked, replies with MetaMask phishing

BleepingComputer confirmed that Mercku's Zendesk support portal appears compromised and is auto-responding to support tickets with MetaMask phishing emails that use a userinfo-formatted URL (e.g., https://metamask.io:[email protected]/...) and a shortener redirect to a malicious storefront; users are advised not to use the support portal or click links, and the final malicious hosting was observed suspended during testing.
