NATO and EU condemn Russia's cyberattacks against Germany, Czechia

NATO, the EU and several countries publicly condemned a long-running APT28 (GRU) cyber-espionage campaign that used the Outlook zero-day CVE-2023-23397 since April 2022 to compromise email accounts and target government, military, energy, transportation, and NATO-related organizations across multiple European countries and Ukraine; Germany and Czechia reported direct impacts, and international partners pledged coordinated responses.
