Microsoft announced that Exchange Server 2019 has entered extended support as of January 9, 2024; while feature requests and general bug fixes cease, security updates will continue, and two cumulative updates—CU14 (H1 2024, bringing TLS 1.3, an S/MIME control fix, and Extended Protection on by default) and CU15 (H2 2024)—are planned with hotfixes for regressions.
