CDK warns: threat actors are calling customers, posing as support

CDK Global suffered multiple cyberattacks on June 18–19 that forced it to shut down most customer systems and disrupted thousands of U.S. car dealerships; as recovery efforts proceeded, malicious actors began calling customers impersonating CDK support to attempt to gain access, prompting CDK to publish warnings and provide backup IVR numbers while investigating and restoring services.
