HP distributed an OTA update for HP OneAgent on HP AI PCs containing a cleanup script that deleted certificates whose subject/issuer/friendly name contained "1E", inadvertently removing some organizations' Microsoft "MS-Organization-Access" certificates and causing affected devices to disconnect from Microsoft Entra ID; HP pulled the update and provided mitigation guidance, but impacted devices require manual recovery to rejoin Entra ID.
