Microsoft testing Windows 11 batch file security improvements

Microsoft released Windows 11 Insider Preview builds that introduce a more secure batch file processing mode (controlled by a LockBatchFilesInUse registry value or LockBatchFilesWhenInUse manifest control) to prevent modification during execution and improve performance under code integrity, and updated the Shared Audio feature with individual volume sliders, a taskbar indicator, and broader Bluetooth LE Audio device support for Insiders on Beta and Dev channels; the post also briefly promotes a separate malware report but contains no technical incident or threat intelligence.
