Kubota North America disclosed that unauthorized access to some network systems occurred between March 16 and April 20, potentially exposing employees' and dependents' sensitive personal information — including full names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, taxpayer and government ID numbers, direct deposit and corporate payment card details, and benefits/claims data. The company began personalized notifications on June 30, offered Kroll identity protection to affected individuals, implemented additional security measures, and reported no operational disruptions; no ransomware or extortion group has claimed responsibility.
