US sanctions crypto exchanges used by Russian ransomware gangs

The U.S. Treasury's OFAC sanctioned Cryptex and PM2BTC for laundering cryptocurrency proceeds tied to Russian ransomware groups and other cybercriminal activity, linking both services to a Russian money launderer (Sergey Ivanov).
