Microsoft is investigating intermittent SharePoint Online access failures that produce "Something went wrong" 503 errors; engineers traced the issue to authentication request URLs containing too many characters caused by a recent configuration change and are disabling that change for a subset of users while working on a full remediation. A temporary workaround is to use browser Incognito/InPrivate sessions.
