OpenMandriva Linux says contributor tried to sabotage the project

OpenMandriva experienced an insider sabotage incident after a dispute among contributors: a former contributor with administrative access deleted parts of project repositories and pushed an empty package in the Cooker branch that obsoleted GNOME and Cosmic packages. The project is restoring data and performing a full audit; the accused denies malicious intent and the team has declined to pursue legal action.
