A June 3 ransomware attack against Synnovis, a pathology partnership serving major London NHS hospitals, caused widespread disruption to diagnostic and pathology services — including delays to urgent blood testing, canceled or redirected procedures, and reduced capacity across King's College, Guy's and St Thomas', St Thomas' Hospital, Royal Brompton and Evelina London Children's Hospital; the incident is ongoing, Synnovis systems remain inaccessible, and the UK National Cyber Security Centre is assisting response efforts.
