Microsoft traces Universal Print issues to Graph API code change

Microsoft confirmed an ongoing Universal Print outage where a Microsoft Graph API code change introduced an error that increased Entra ID directory replication latency and exposed a race condition, causing intermittent "Sharing Print Failed" errors when creating printer shares. The company classified the problem as an incident, is deploying a corrective code change, and published a 13-step workaround for affected users to manually create and assign printer shares until the fix is fully rolled out.
