Qantas Airways confirmed a misconfiguration in its mobile app that allowed some frequent flyers to view other customers' personal details, upcoming flight information, points balance, status, and boarding passes. The airline says the exposure resulted from internal configuration changes (not a cyberattack), the issue was isolated and resolved, no financial data was shared, and customers were advised to log out and watch for scams.
