Microsoft resolved a BitLocker reporting issue in MDM-managed Windows devices that incorrectly displayed error 65000 for the 'Require Device Encryption' setting when certain encryption policies were enforced. The bug affected Windows 11 21H2/22H2/23H2 and Windows 10 21H2/22H2, was fixed in KB5034204 (Windows 11, Jan 23 preview) and KB5034763 (Windows 10, Feb 13), and will not be fixed for Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 due to its purely reporting nature; admins can mitigate on LTSC 2019 by setting the relevant Intune policies to 'not configured'.
