Spain arrests teen who stole 64 million personal data records

The Spanish National Police arrested a 19-year-old in Barcelona accused of stealing and attempting to sell 64 million records from breaches at nine companies — including names, home addresses, emails, phone numbers, DNI numbers, and IBANs — and confiscated computers and cryptocurrency wallets; separately, Ukrainian cyberpolice arrested a 22-year-old who used custom malware and a 5,000-account bot farm to compromise and sell social media accounts.
