Brave blocks Windows Recall from screenshotting your browsing activity

Brave has proactively disabled Windows Recall from capturing the contents of Brave browser windows by using the SetInputScope API to mark windows IS_PRIVATE, a change already in Nightly builds and rolling out to stable releases; users can re-enable Recall if desired.
