Wyze investigating 'security issue' amid ongoing outage

Wyze experienced an AWS-driven outage that disrupted device connectivity and logins; during recovery the company investigated a security issue after reports that some users could see thumbnails of other users' camera feeds in the Events tab. Wyze temporarily disabled the Events tab, force-logged-out users, added verification checks, and is identifying and notifying affected customers (initially 14 reports), noting thumbnails were visible but live streams were not.
