European authorities dismantle call center fraud ring in Ukraine

European authorities dismantled a Ukraine-based fraud network operating call centres in Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv that defrauded over 400 victims across Europe of more than €10 million using impersonation, forged IDs, remote-access software to steal bank credentials, and in-person cash collection; 12 suspects were arrested and assets seized following coordinated raids.
