FBI seeks victims of Steam games used to spread malware

The FBI is investigating several Steam titles (including BlockBlasters, Chemia, Dashverse/DashFPS, Lampy, Lunara, PirateFi, and Tokenova) that were found to contain cryptodrainer and information-stealing malware distributed between May 2024 and January 2026; victims reported cryptocurrency thefts and account hijacks, with known malware families such as Vidar and actor names like EncryptHub cited, and authorities have requested affected users to report via a submitted form or email.
