Microsoft resumed the Windows 11 KB5039302 rollout after pausing it for a reboot loop issue primarily impacting systems using virtualization and nested virtualization (CloudPC, DevBox, Azure Virtual Desktop, and some VMware), while continuing to block the update for affected configurations.
