Microsoft resolved a cosmetic bug that displayed incorrect "Your version of Windows has reached the end of support" messages on certain Windows 10 22H2 and LTSC devices after the October 2025 updates; affected machines continue to receive security updates. Microsoft deployed a cloud configuration update and released KB5068781 (Nov 11, 2025) to fix the issue, and provided a Known Issue Rollback group policy option for enterprise environments that cannot immediately apply the cumulative update.
