US sanctions Chinese company linked to Flax Typhoon hackers

U.S. authorities sanctioned Integrity Tech and disrupted a massive China-linked botnet (Raptor Train) operated by the state-sponsored Flax Typhoon group (aka Yongxin Zhicheng), which infected over 260,000 consumer and small-business devices and was used for DDoS, proxying, and targeted intrusions against government, military, telecommunications, education, and defense-sector victims — including operations tied to breaches of the U.S. Treasury's OFAC office; the company is accused of working at the direction of PRC state security.
