This document outlines CERT Polska/NASK’s Warning List—a 24/7 maintained blocklist of phishing domains targeting Polish users—detailing how ISPs, private DNS services, and administrators can integrate it (5-minute updates, 6-month listing window, subdomain blocking, sinkhole records, actions.log transparency). It provides guidance for end-user protection (browser filter integration), instructions for reporting suspicious domains and phishing SMS (including a free 8080 SMS number in Poland), and explains the legal basis and appeals process under the Act on Combating Abuse in Electronic Communications.
