Doctor Web announced a February 3, 2025 update to its Dr.Web Antispam component that enhances real-time detection of spam and phishing via new filtering rules without delaying message delivery, while cautioning that the updated component will not support Windows XP and recommending either upgrading the OS or configuring the product to update only virus databases to retain the existing component.
