Updated version of Dr.Web for mobile devices comes with a smart security system

Doctor Web announced updates to its Dr.Web security products for Android, adding automated threat-processing that removes malicious objects, blocks suspicious links, and isolates potentially dangerous apps without user intervention, along with centralized controls for configuring Scanner and SpIDer Guard responses. The release drops support for Android 4.4 and advises that users who installed from the official site must reinstall to update, while Google Play, subscription, and Mobile Security Suite users receive the update normally.
