About the need to upgrade Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite to version 13

Dr.Web advises users of Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite (ESS) to upgrade to version 13 to maintain full protection and regular component updates, noting that support for version 12 was reduced on January 30, 2024 and will be at a basic level by January 30, 2026, after which antivirus component updates may stop; upgrades are performed automatically via the Control Center with guidance for hierarchical or clustered server setups.
