VirusTotal is transitioning www.virustotal.com to a new IP (34.54.88.138, replacing 74.125.34.46) starting Nov 25 and moving from a DigiCert wildcard TLS certificate to a Google Trust Services single-host certificate; users who whitelist IPs or validate certificate signer/subject should update configurations, and Big Files API uploads use bigfiles.virustotal.com behind the dynamic ghs.googlehosted.com load balancer, so firewall rules must permit dynamic resolution.
