Glean’s Work AI Institute reports that 87% of digital workers use AI, which automates over a quarter of their work and saves around 11 hours per week, but employees spend roughly one-third of that time (about 6.4 hours) 'botsitting'—feeding context, supervising outputs, debugging, and cleaning AI-generated work—while also coping with high rates of multiple, often unconnected AI tools.
