Why your ERP training program is failing your employees

This report summarizes doctoral research based on interviews with six IT managers who led successful ERP implementations and concludes that building internal, department-specific training capability—by appointing departmental experts or “super users” early in the project—improves adoption and outcomes because these insiders provide credibility and practical, context-aware instruction.
