Anthropic locks enterprises out of Fable and Mythos following government order

Anthropic said the U.S. government ordered suspension of access to its Fable 5 model over national security concerns after being shown a demonstration of a narrow jailbreak technique that asks the model to read and fix a specific codebase; Anthropic assessed the technique as exploiting minor, previously known vulnerabilities and noted similar capabilities exist in other models.
