iOS 9 security: A reality check

Apple iOS 9 patches over 60 vulnerabilities in iOS 8.x affecting iPhone 4s, 5th generation iPods, iPad 2 and newer; flaws include local and remote information leakage, UI spoofing, brute-force bypasses via backup restore, and multiple paths to arbitrary code execution (some yielding system/kernel privileges). Zimperium recommends updating affected devices to iOS 9 to mitigate these significant security risks.
